You answer a questionnaire first
The questionnaire has thirteen questions, and two of them are optional. They cover how much price movement you accept, how long you plan to hold, how far down the market-value rankings you want to look, and whether you want stability or growth. They also ask about your preferences on supply, usefulness, the team behind a coin, sectors, where it can be bought, regulation and yield. Each question explains the terms it uses.

You divide the portfolio between five categories
The five categories are large cap, growth, emerging, high risk and stablecoins, and each one says what it holds and what can go wrong with it. On the web, every category starts at 0% and you set the split yourself. In the iPhone app, your answer about price movement fills in a starting split, which you then change.

You change the split yourself
Move a slider to change a category. The setting that keeps the total at 100% starts switched on, so the other categories adjust when you move one slider. You can switch it off to set each category yourself. Coins in each category show a percentage that measures how closely they match the criteria you chose, which is not a rating of the coin. Nothing is bought.
Questions
Is this financial advice?
No. The builder sorts coins by how closely they match the answers you gave, and you set the split yourself. It does not tell you what to buy, how much to put in, or whether a split fits your finances.
Does it buy anything?
No. Nothing on CryptoBipto buys, sells or holds anything.
