Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and CryptoBipto LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("CryptoBipto," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using CryptoBipto ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Educational Content and External References

CryptoBipto provides cryptocurrency education, informational content, learning tools and simulated practice. Our content may discuss exchanges, wallets and other third-party services to explain their features and how they work.

Our content may cite or link to original news reporting and other educational resources. These references support attribution and learning. A reference does not constitute a recommendation to open an account, transfer funds or conduct a transaction, or an endorsement of every statement made by the source.

External websites and services are independently operated and governed by their own terms and privacy policies. CryptoBipto does not control their content, security, availability or practices.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription, Auto-Renewal, and Cancellation

Access to the full Service requires a paid membership. We offer Monthly and Annual memberships, which renew automatically until you cancel, and the 5-Year License, a one-time purchase that does not renew. See our pricing page for current details.

Automatic Renewal

Monthly and Annual memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for that plan, until you cancel. By subscribing to a Monthly or Annual membership, you authorize CryptoBipto and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. We will notify you in advance of any price change, consistent with applicable law (including the U.S. Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act, ROSCA, where it applies). The 5-Year License does not renew automatically and is never charged again without a new purchase authorization.

5-Year License

The 5-Year License provides one individual with a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access the membership features and monthly Bip allowance disclosed at purchase for 60 months from the completed purchase date. The price is $399 plus applicable tax, paid once. Your expiration date appears in your purchase confirmation and account. No recurring membership charge applies during the term, and the license does not renew automatically.

New lessons added to the included learning library are covered during the term. Separately priced future products are included only if expressly stated. Changes to the Service will not remove material purchased benefits without a substantially equivalent replacement or an appropriate remedy. Access remains subject to the published acceptable-use rules; those rules do not authorize undisclosed reductions in the purchased allowance.

Payments are non-refundable for a change of mind, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If CryptoBipto permanently discontinues the paid membership service before your license expires, we will refund the unused portion of your payment, calculated from the unused days divided by the total days in your purchased term, with applicable tax adjustments. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

Cancellation Policy

CryptoBipto is designed to be simple, transparent, and easy to manage. You can cancel your membership based on the type of plan you selected.

Monthly Memberships

Monthly members may cancel anytime. When you cancel a monthly membership, your access will continue through the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged again after cancellation. Monthly membership payments are not prorated or refunded once billed.

Annual Prepaid Memberships

Annual memberships are prepaid plans offered at discounted pricing compared to the monthly plan. Because they include special upfront pricing, prepaid annual membership payments are non-refundable once purchased. Annual members may cancel future renewal anytime, and access will continue through the end of the prepaid term.

5-Year License

The 5-Year License has no renewal to cancel. Your access continues through the expiration date shown in your purchase confirmation and account, and the refund terms for it are those stated under "5-Year License" above.

Lifetime Memberships Purchased Before October 7, 2026

Lifetime memberships purchased before October 7, 2026 stay governed by the terms under which they were purchased. A Lifetime membership was a one-time purchase that grants permanent access without recurring billing and, because it included special upfront pricing, is non-refundable once purchased.

Gift Memberships

Gift purchases are non-refundable once purchased, including gifts that have not yet been claimed. A gift never expires, and its 12 months of access begin on the day the recipient claims it.

Family Seats

Family seats are non-refundable once purchased. You may cancel a seat's renewal anytime, and the seat keeps its access through the end of the term already paid for.

Access After Cancellation

Canceling your membership does not immediately remove access. You will continue to have access to CryptoBipto until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Future Charges

Once your cancellation is complete, your membership will not renew and you will not receive any future charges, unless you choose to restart your membership.

Billing Errors

If you believe there was a billing error or an accidental charge, please contact CryptoBipto support so we can review it.

Price Changes

We may change Monthly and Annual subscription prices by providing at least 30 days' notice, by email or through the Service. Price changes take effect at your next billing cycle after the notice; if you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect. A price change never alters the price you paid for a 5-Year License or the length of its term.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CryptoBipto and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CRYPTOBIPTO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR CRYPTOCURRENCY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES.

8. Investment Risks

Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risks, including the risk of total loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should only invest what you can afford to lose. We strongly encourage you to consult with qualified financial advisors before making any investment decisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Age Requirement

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By creating an account or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn that an account has been created by a person under 18, we will close the account and delete associated personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and CryptoBipto consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal action, you agree to first contact us at legal@cryptobipto.com and allow us 30 days to resolve the dispute in good faith. Most disputes can be resolved this way. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the governing law and jurisdiction set out above.
