IMPORTANT: CryptoBipto does NOT:

  • Custody, hold, or manage any cryptocurrency or funds
  • Execute trades or transactions on your behalf
  • Provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice
  • Guarantee the performance or safety of third-party services
  • Have access to your accounts on third-party platforms

3. Third-Party Services

All cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets, and other services linked through our platform are operated by independent third parties. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Subscription and Payments

Access to the full Service requires a paid subscription of $0.99 per month. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CryptoBipto and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CRYPTOGATEWAY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR CRYPTOCURRENCY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES.

9. Investment Risks

Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risks, including the risk of total loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should only invest what you can afford to lose.
