Cancel from your account settings on the website. Monthly and Annual memberships renew automatically until you cancel. When you cancel, renewal stops and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. The 5-Year License is a single payment for 60 months of access that does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel, and you are never charged again without a new purchase.
Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page. We email a reset link that expires in an hour, so check your spam folder if it does not arrive.
It is a scam, whoever they say they are. CryptoBipto never asks for a seed phrase or private key. Do not share it, and report the message inside the app.
Sign in to the app with the same email you use on the web. Lesson progress is stored with your account, so it is already there.
