What are stablecoins, NFTs and tokenized assets?
A stablecoin is a crypto token designed to hold a steady value, usually one dollar, either by holding reserves against every token issued or by using an algorithm to manage supply. An NFT is a token whose units are distinguishable from one another, so it can stand for a specific item rather than an interchangeable amount. Tokenization is the general practice of representing an outside asset, such as a bond or a property share, as a token on a blockchain so that it can be transferred with the same infrastructure.
These three ideas are grouped together because they answer the same question in different ways: what can a token stand for besides itself. They are also where crypto touches the ordinary financial system most directly, which is why regulators pay them close attention.

Common questions
Are stablecoins guaranteed to stay at one dollar?
No. A stablecoin holds its value because of the reserves or mechanism behind it, and both have failed before. The important question about any stablecoin is what backs it, who verifies that backing, and what happens if many holders redeem at once.
Does owning an NFT mean I own the copyright to the artwork?
Usually not. An NFT records that a particular token is held at your address. Whatever rights come with it are defined by the terms the issuer set, and in many cases those terms grant no copyright at all.
What problem is tokenization meant to solve?
Mainly settlement and access. Moving a tokenized asset can be faster and cheaper than the traditional process, and smaller fractions can be held. The legal claim behind the token still depends entirely on the issuer and the jurisdiction.
